Other life

Throughout my entire life, I have always felt a significant connection to my dreams, or as I like to refer to them, my other life. Other life is a documentation of those dreams, including important moments and scenes I have witnessed within this world that are clearly nonexistent within our actual reality. Since May 2 of 2018, I’ve begun writing down what I went through while asleep, while also accounting for past dreams I endured when I was a very young child. As I grew older however, I wished for more. Therefore, I began this project. I wanted for myself to have the visual documentation and memories of something that never actually happened. I wanted to see what my dreams looked like not just based on my own memory and writings, but physical photographs I could observe and show others too. As I pursue this personal project, I wish to continue transferring these photographs that represent the deteriorated memories of my other life onto this cloth. I desire for people to feel encapsulated by this portal into my mind and the life I live that is separate from the life in which we are awake.
